Qinhan New City Free Trade Complex begins construction
The commencement ceremony for the construction of the Qinhan New City Greenland Free Trade Complex in Xixian New Area, Xi'an, Shaanxi province was held on Aug 9.

Located on Jinxu Road in the Qinhan New City function area of Xixian New Area, China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), the complex is expected to optimize regional industrial resource allocation and provide various services for enterprises in the area upon completion.
With a cost of more than 10 billion yuan ($1.45 billion), it will consist of a modern low-density industrial park that integrate various functions, such as commerce and cross-border e-commerce services.

The complex will take full advantage of the global allocation resources of Greenland Group, providing Qinhan New City with more high-quality industrial resources.
Since its listing on April 1, 2017, the complex has attracted 779 new market entities with a combined registered capital of 16.2 billion yuan.
