Xixian to boost educational development
The National Center for Schooling Development Program (CSDP), part of the Ministry of Education, signed a framework agreement on June 25 with Xixian New Area in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, to boost its educational development.

CSDP director Chen Feng visited Xixian New Area and signed a framework agreement concerning education in Xixian with Kang Jun, director of the Xixian Administrative Committee, at a meeting also attended by other Xixian government officials.
Kang Jun said that, as the first national-level new area focusing on innovative urban development, Xixian, under the governance of Xi'an, has been giving top priority to high-quality education while adjusting its government system and improving its business and living environment.
According to Kang, Xixian is willing to cooperate with CSDP to explore a multi-dimensional, modern educational development model. It will also provide quality services to welcome relevant educational projects.

Chen Feng said that CSDP is committed to boosting educational development through innovation and reforms and is working to establish a platform to attract top educational resources from home and abroad. This is in line with Xixian's focus on innovative development.
Chen stated that CSDP is willing to cooperate with Xixian by providing high-quality educational resources. Both sides will learn from each other and establish an educational service platform to promote reform and innovation in China's education.
